  • 1 1/4 cups flour without yeast
  • 5 9/16 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 7/16 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract homemade
  • 11/16 cup peanut
  • 7 tablespoons butter

    Preheat the oven to 170°C.

    In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

    Beat the butter and the sugar in a blender until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.

    Add the flour mixture, and mix again.

    In a mortar, coarsely break the peanuts, and add to the batter.

    Use an ice cream scoop to spoon out 12 equal pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spaced 6 inches apart.
