- 1/3 c. low-fat diet margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream margarine until light and fluffy.

2Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together.

3Mix in margarine until smooth and creamy.

4Mix in water, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.

5Add to flour, margarine mixture.

6Shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet; flatten with fork dipped in water.

7Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
