- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salted peanuts (about 1 1/4 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1About 2 hours before serving or up to 1 week ahead, lightly grease large cookie sheet and set aside.

2In heavy 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, beat sugar, corn syrup and heavy cream to boiling, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.

3Stir in peanuts.
