Cocolate Stuffed, Deep Fried Eggs

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs plus 1 large egg white
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder plus extra for dredging
• sweetener
• 1/2 teaspoon true cinnamon ground
• 1 tablespoon brandy
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon coconut milk or cream
• 1/2 cup almond flour for dredging, not all will be used
• light olive oil for frying
• sugar substitute Powdered, for dusting, optional
• 1 pinch salt
