  • 1 pkg. almond bark chocolate
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag coconut

Directions

    Mix coconut and milk together well by hand.

    Form into 1/2-inch to 1-inch balls.

    Place onto wax paper.

    Freeze overnight.

    Melt 1/2 package of chocolate and dip balls into chocolate.

    Place on wax paper.

    Let stand approximately 30 minutes.

    Serve.

    (Can place toothpick into balls before freezing; makes balls easier to dip into chocolate.)
