- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. dates, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt butter in frying pan.

2Add dates, eggs, salt and sugar; mix well.

3Cook for 10 minutes, stirring over low heat to prevent burning.

4Add Rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla.

5Cool and shape into small balls; roll in coconut.
