- 4 bananas, peeled
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1Cut bananas into 1-inch pieces.

2Place lemon juice, sour cream and coconut in separate bowls.

3Dip bananas in lemon juice.

4Roll in sour cream and then in coconut, making sure all sides are coated.

5Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

6Makes about 24 pieces.
