Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (peanuts are good)
  • 12 cup wheat germ
  • 12 cup sesame seeds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine, melted (Use solid margarine)
  • 12 cup liquid honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

    In large bowl, combine oats,coconut,nuts,wheat germ,sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and salt.

    In another large bowl, combine melted butter, honey, eggs and vanilla until well blended.

    Pour over dry ingredients and mix to combine.

    Press into 10 x 15- inch (25 x 40 cm) jelly roll pan.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
