- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1In a saucepan, mix butter, milk and sugar.

2Bring to a boil; boil for 3 mins.

3Remove from heat; mix in rolled oats, coconut, cocoa powder and vanilla, until well mixed.

4Spoon mounds onto a buttered baking sheet.

5Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
