  • 2 cups coconut (shredded)
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Place the 2 cups of coconut in a bowl.

    Separate the eggs put yolk in bowl with the coconut and the whites in another small bowl.

    Mix the egg yolk and coconut together.

    Whisk the egg whites and the sugar until they're stiff.

    Add the egg whites and sugar into the coconut and mix together.

    Spray a tray with oil.

    Spoon mixture onto tray.

    Cook in the oven for 10-25 minutes, on a very low heat, make sure they don't burn.
