- 2 cups coconut (shredded)
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Place the 2 cups of coconut in a bowl.

2Separate the eggs put yolk in bowl with the coconut and the whites in another small bowl.

3Mix the egg yolk and coconut together.

4Whisk the egg whites and the sugar until they're stiff.

5Add the egg whites and sugar into the coconut and mix together.

6Spray a tray with oil.

7Spoon mixture onto tray.

8Cook in the oven for 10-25 minutes, on a very low heat, make sure they don't burn.
