Coconut Bread Pudding

- 1 small loaf white bread
- 1/4 c. coconut
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- brown sugar
- nuts
- raisins
- margarine
Directions

1Line a well-buttered pan with white bread slices cut in quarters.

2Spread coconut on top of bread.

3Mix milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a spoon.

4Spoon enough to soak bread, then layer bread and milk until done.

5Dot top with margarine.

6Sprinkle with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, raisins and coconut.

7Bake at 350° until brown.

8This is a good way to use old biscuits, rolls and bread.
