  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, salad oil and flavoring until light and fluffy.

    Alternate dry ingredients with buttermilk.

    Add coconut and nuts.

    Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.

    Put into two greased and floured loaf pans or 1 prepared Bundt pan or 6 mini loaf pans.
