- 2 c. sugar
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 12 oz. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix cake according to directions; bake in 2 layers.

2When cool, split layers.

3Make filling.

4Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut.

5Mix well and chill thoroughly.

6Reserve 1 cup filling mixture.

7Spread the rest between layers of the cake as you stack layers.

8Mix reserved 1 cup filling with Cool whip.

9Ice top and sides of cake.

10Seal in an airtight container.

11Refrigerate 3 days before serving.
