- 2 c. sugar
- 2 (6 oz.) pack frozen coconut
- 1 small Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut together.

2Spread 1/2 cup of mixture between cake layers that have been cut with a string to make 4 layers.

3Mix other 1/2 of mixture with the Cool Whip and spread over cake.

4Keep in refrigerator for 3 days before eating.
