  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (6 oz.) pack frozen coconut
  • 1 small Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut together.

    Spread 1/2 cup of mixture between cake layers that have been cut with a string to make 4 layers.

    Mix other 1/2 of mixture with the Cool Whip and spread over cake.

    Keep in refrigerator for 3 days before eating.
