- cake mix with pudding in it
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. (about 4 to 6 oz.) flaked coconut
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed on box in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2In small saucepan bring milk and sugar to a boil.

3Cool for two minutes and add coconut flavoring.

4Poke holes in hot cake (a wooden spoon handle works well) and pour the milk mixture over. Cool cake completely.

5Ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut over top.

6Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving.

7Store any unused portion in refrigerator.
