- 1 white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 can flaked coconut
- 1 can Coco Lopez (cream of coconut)
- 1 medium carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Use liquid as directed on cake mix box, but instead of egg whites, use 2 whole eggs.

2Mix as directed and bake in oblong pan at 325° for 30 minutes.

3Cool cake, but not completely.

4Punch holes in cake and pour 1 can Coco Lopez over cake.

5Top with Cool Whip and another 1/2 can of coconut.

6Refrigerate.

7Cake is better to let it set overnight.
