  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

    Beat the butter and sugar to a cream.

    Add the coconut and eggs.

    Then add the milk and sift flour and baking powder.

    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
