  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box cream of coconut instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Pour cake mix into large bowl. Add pudding mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into two 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with icing. Cover generously with coconut.
