- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow or white)
- 2 fresh coconuts
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix cake according to package directions.

2Bake cake and cool. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, coconut milk (all) and 1/2 cup coconut.

3Put on top of first layer of cake.

4Mix vanilla, whipping cream, and 1/2 cup sugar.

5Cover whole cake, then sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
