- 1 butter flavored cake mix
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed.

2Make two (8-inch) layers. Split both layers horizontally after cooled.

3Blend together the sugar, sour cream and coconut until chilled.

4Cream mixtures between cake layers.

5Blend remaining cup with Cool Whip and spread over top and sides of cake.

6Seal in airtight container. Keep in icebox 24 hours before serving.
