- 1 c. or 8 oz. coconut
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 carton sour cream
Directions

1Flour and grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix cake by directions on box and bake.

3While cake is baking, mix sugar and sour cream together.

4Remove cake from oven.

5While hot, frost with sour cream-sugar mixture.
