- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 oz. size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. Baker's coconut
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixer bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes.

2Stir in coconut and walnuts.

3Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

5Cool in pans for 15 minutes.

6Remove and finish cooling on wire racks. Frost with Coconut Cream Frosting.
