- 2 c. sugar
- 12 oz. frozen coconut, thawed
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Cook Duncan Hines yellow cake mix as directed (2 layers). Allow to cool completely.

2Mix and refrigerate the sour cream, sugar and thawed coconut.

3When cake layers are cooked, cut them - making four layers.

4Pour chilled filling between layers, reserving one cup of filling for frosting.
