  • 1 box Duncan Hines white moist deluxe cake mix
  • 1 large (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 6 oz. frozen coconut, thawed
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix cake mix and bake according to directions.

    Let cool. Split layers when completely cool.

    Mix sour cream, sugar and flavoring.

    Save 1/2 cup of mixture for icing.
