- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl.

2Stir in coconut and nuts.

3Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.

5Cool 15 minutes in pans, remove from pans.

6Frost with Coconut Cream frosting.
