- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 4 eggs, separate yolks and whip the egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- milk from 2 coconuts
Directions

1Whip the cream, add sugar and flour.

2Mix egg yolks and vanilla together.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Pour into 9-inch pans that are lightly greased and floured.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. After baked poke holes in cake and pour coconut milk on cake.

6Let cool, then ice with topping below.
