- 2 pkg. frozen coconut
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake cake according to package directions in 2 layers.

2Let cake cool completely and split layers in half.

3Mix coconut, sour cream and powdered sugar.

4Save 1 cup and mix with Cool Whip. Spread coconut mixture between layers.

5Frost top and sides with Cool Whip mixture.
