- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 7 oz. coconut
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 7 oz. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Bake cake mix according to directions on box in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2While cake is baking, mix milk and sugar; boil for 10 minutes.

3Add vanilla.

4While cake is hot, prick cake with a fork. Mix coconut with milk and sugar mixture.

5Then dribble over cake. Let cool (better overnight).

6Mix Cool Whip and 7 ounces coconut with vanilla.

7Spread over cool cake.

8Sprinkle with coconut.

9Let set in refrigerator overnight.
