  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • eggs
  • oil
  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut oil
  • 1 pkg. coconut
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix cake mix as directed.

    Instead of water, substitute milk. Pour batter into sheet cake pan, 13 x 9.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.

    Take from oven and punch holes in top of cake with fork.

    Mix cream of coconut oil and Eagle brand milk together. Put coconut on top of cake.

    Pour milk mixture on top of this. Cool.

    Frost with Cool Whip and coconut on top. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
