  • 1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 c. Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 2 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Blend together the cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Beat well.

    Stir in the coconut and walnuts.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.

    Bake at 350°f. 180°c. gas mark 4 for 35 minutes.
