- 4 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 10 walnuts, to decorate
Directions

1Heat oven at 180°C.

2Beat eggwhites and sugar until stiff.

3Fold in coconut and nuts.

4Bake in round 26cm tray for 25 minutes.

5Melt chocolate in bain marie and cover the cake with chocolate.

6Decorate with walnut-halfes.

7Serve with whipped cream.
