  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut

    Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer.

    Follow the directions on the cake mix box.

    Bake in greased 9 x 12-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes or so.

    Cool and cover with following icing.
