- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Prepare cake according to package directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cool 15 minutes.

3While cake cools, bring to a boil in medium saucepan, the milk, sugar and 1/2 cup of the coconut.

4Boil 5 minutes.

5Punch holes in cake with fork and spoon hot coconut milk over cake.

6Cool completely.
