  • 1 pkg. (2 layer size) white or yellow cake
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.

    Blend and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Stir in nuts and coconut.

    Pour into greased pan at 325° for 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
