- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 small can flaked coconut
Directions

1Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.

2Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.

3Add vanilla extract and coconut.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in Bundt pan.

5Remove cake from oven and make fork holes all over top of cake.
