  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup yellow cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons powdered non dairy whipped dessert topping mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • cooking spray

Directions

    In food processor, process coconut until it resembles fine crumbs.
