  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Bring to a boil margarine, water and cocoa.

    Put flour, sugar and salt in a big bowl.

    Add hot cocoa mixture to flour and beat well.

    Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda and vanilla.

    Beat until nice and smooth.

    Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 400° for 20 minutes.
