  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    Cream oleo; add coconut, sugar, vanilla, vinegar, salt and beaten eggs.
