- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell

1Cream oleo; add coconut, sugar, vanilla, vinegar, salt and beaten eggs.

3Bake 30 to 45 minutes in low heated oven at 300°.
