- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.

2Add milk and sugar. Fold in coconut, extract and Cool Whip.

3Pour into crust and cover with upside-down plastic cover from graham cracker crust.

4Freeze. Place pieces of pie in microwave for 10 seconds before serving. Freeze leftovers.
