  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook all ingredients, except coconut and Cool Whip, on top of stove until thick, stirring constantly.

    Add the coconut.

    Pour into baked pie shell; cool.

    Add Cool Whip to top.

    Sprinkle with coconut.
