  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can coconut, save a little to top meringue

Directions

    Add sugar then butter.

    Mix well and add 1/2 cup milk, then flour, then rest of milk.

    Cook over medium-low heat until thick.

    Add coconut.

    Remove from stove and add vanilla.
