- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together first 4 ingredients.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Put ingredients in cake pan and brown in oven.

4Stir occasionally so it does not burn.

5Cool.

6Mix pudding and milk as directed.

7Place 1/2 of the crunch in a layer in a 9-inch square pan.

8Spread pudding over, then a layer of Cool Whip.

9Top with remaining crunch. Chill.

10Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
