- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Cream together first four ingredients.

2Add egg.

3Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.

4Add to first mixture, blend well.

5Stir in coconut, oats and corn flakes.

6Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoon.

7Bake in slow oven (325°) for 15 to 20 minutes.

8Yields 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
