  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, flour and melted margarine in bowl.

    Add milk, mix well.

    Add vanilla and coconut. Pour into 2 (8-inch) pans.

    Bake 30 or 40 minutes at 325° until light brown.

    Makes own crust.
