Coconut Crusted Tilapia

- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut (i used very finely shredded)
- spices (i used salt, pepper and curry powder)
- 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (any oil works, but this is best)
Directions

1mix coconut with spices of your choice. curry goes really well, but anything you like would work.

2dip fish in milk.

3coat with coconut mixture.

4heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.

5add fish and cook about 4 minutes on each side.

6squeeze lime juice over the top.
