  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. frozen coconut, thawed

Directions

    Bake in oblong Pyrex dish lightly sprayed with Pam.

    Cook in preheated oven at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
