- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
- 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
- 2/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk and coconut.

3Mix well.

4Butter a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole dish.

5Pour custard mixture into dish.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

7Cool.
