- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Beat coconut milk, eggs and sugar together until sugar dissolves and mixture is well blended.

2Sieve through cheesecloth so mixture is fine and smooth.

3Pour into serving bowl (individual bowls if preferred).

4Place serving bowl inside steamer.

5Steam until firm - time varies depending serving size.
