Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flaked coconut (small can)
  • 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Mix all except coconut; then add coconut.

    Pour in pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Decrease temperature to 350°.

    Bake until set and top is golden brown (about 25 minutes more), 35 minutes in all.

    Do not overcook.
