- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flaked coconut (small can)
- 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Mix all except coconut; then add coconut.

2Pour in pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

3Decrease temperature to 350°.

4Bake until set and top is golden brown (about 25 minutes more), 35 minutes in all.

5Do not overcook.
