  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. rich milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut (frozen or fresh)

Directions

    Blend sugar, flour and baking powder together.

    Mix with eggs, then add butter, milk, vanilla and coconut.
