- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. rich milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. coconut (frozen or fresh)
Directions

1Blend sugar, flour and baking powder together.

2Mix with eggs, then add butter, milk, vanilla and coconut.
